  The Salvation Army Thrift Store, or as I call it "Sally's", is a great place to find bargains for clothes, shoes and housewares! If you enjoy a good treasure hunt, this is the place to go. Bargain days like Family Day and Dollar Day are a wonderful addition and so helpful for people dealing with tough economic times.

  I love the salvation army for all they do. However, the 5 mechanic St location is not a thrift store, I found out the hard way. And if your looking for the offices there they open at 10:00 not 9:00 as stated here.

  Other reviewers has obviously not visited this branch on Mechanic street. It is a Salvation Army office building, it is not a thrift store. This "branch" should be deleted from google business search. Very disappointed that this address shows up when I google "thrift stores near me". More disappointed that I sat in horrible Attleboro traffic for nothing
